Over the course of our work, we have learned that lasting environmental change is only possible when people have the knowledge, skills and confidence to understand the challenges around them and the tools to take action.
That is why education, awareness and community engagement are at the heart of our work. We work with communities, schools, businesses and other stakeholders to build understanding, strengthen skills and turn awareness into action. By enabling people to participate in solutions, we aim to create change that is meaningful and has a lasting impact.
Instilling foundational environmental literacy, waste segregation understanding, and sustainability practices.
Collaborating closely with schools, colleges, institutions, and businesses to foster collective ownership.
Equipping future leaders with repair skills, e-waste dismantling capacity, and institutionalized curricula.

Organized Repair Revolution Workshops that has trained 100 students (secondary to Bachelors level) from 5 governmental schools within the Valley to properly dismantle, repair and refurbish electronic waste
Organized over 280 workshops on waste management and hosted over 80 schools, colleges, institutions to Doko’s waste facility (including e-waste lab) tour.
Contributed to the development of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) curriculum for e-waste processing, helping institutionalize green skills within Nepal’s technical and vocational education system.
