Doko Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to transforming waste management practices and advocating for environmental protection. Through a combination of hands-on projects, public awareness campaigns, and policy advocacy, we are paving the way to make Nepal a model of sustainability.
Our grassroots efforts include community-based waste management programs that empower local residents, schools, and businesses to adopt sustainable practices. We focus on educating communities about waste segregation, recycling, and composting, providing them with the tools and knowledge needed to reduce waste at its source. Our projects also include setting up recycling infrastructure in both urban and rural areas, diverting waste from landfills and minimising environmental impact.
